Prep Week – Clearing the Path for Renewal

Before we plant new seeds, we must clear the weeds and nourish the soil.

  • A gentle, whole-food cleanse to reduce inflammation.
  • Liver & gut support with herbs & nourishment.
  • Clearing mental, emotional & physical clutter—preparing you for transformation.
  • Setting intentions & aligning with our New Moon start.

Week 1: FIRE – Awakening Energy & Metabolism

Will this help with weight loss?

Yes! While Release & Bloom isn’t a weight-loss programme, weight reduction is often a natural side effect of restoring balance, supporting metabolism, and reducing inflammation.

Do I have to give up coffee, alcohol or sugar?

This isn’t about strict rules, but about giving your body what it needs to thrive. The Prep Week will guide you through gentle ways to reduce inflammatory foods and find balance, not deprivation.

How much time will this take each week?

Plan for about 2-3hours a week

  • Weekly group call (~60 mins)
  • Daily practices (15-30 mins per day) including breathwork, meditations, food prep, and mindset work.
